It could be believable ,Somalia has not reached that level of constructing research centres to conduct and experiment elements let alone maintaining the ridden healthcare infrastructure and various medical facilities in dilapidated environments , the test centres have limited equipments and the medical staffs are underqualified hence this is feasible , since there are not many PHD doctorates qualified in the virology sector , meanwhile in neighbouring Kenya where it's healthcare system is fragile and too expensive for the poor , they were just like us under prepared for the virus , yet they have lower rates of contracting the virus and virus related deaths , they have several research and test facilities.
I believe that the Covid-19 tests that were conducted in Somalia , gave false negatives and positives , it led to inconclusive answers , creating even more hysteria and risks.
Yes it is embarrassing to witness this , Farmaajo is being that immature child , it would not been strange if the tests were researched in a laboratory in Kenya.
But this just shows how our pathetic government cannot attend to it's people basic inquiry , they are instead reliant on faraway nations

Entire system needs to be reshuffled .
Our neighbours are corrupt to the core yet manage the situation efficiently , what can be more worse the fact a money hungry nation who would sell you for ugali conducts it's test civilised .
