European explorers that visited, wrote about huge cities and towns in the Amazon and 100 years later when people came back, there was nothing but jungle. People thought the earlier European explorers were lying, but those huge cities and populations were all wiped out and went extinct from diseases contracted by contact those earlier explorers.

European explorers that visited, wrote about huge cities and towns in the Amazon and 100 years later when people came back, there was nothing but jungle. People thought the earlier European explorers were lying, but those huge cities and populations were all wiped out and went extinct from diseases contracted by contact those earlier explorers.

Which shows the cities were interconnected, they also found terra preta soil, very fertile soil in a jungle, which is not natural but man made, and various fruit barring trees, scattered all around the amazon.

Similar practices were also common in Mexico city, they had artificial gardens in plots of land on the lake, something straight out of myth, like Atlantis.
