The Majority of Oromos are Muslim like 60% & 40% christian. Theirs technically more Oromo Muslims then even Somali Muslims.They should convert to Islam, Oromos should be 100% Muslim.
I don't believe this people underestimate how huge our population has become since the civil war the diaspora is at least 5 million, Kenya has 5 million, Somalia 10 million, Ethiopia 6 million.The Majority of Oromos are Muslim like 60% & 40% christian. What does the Tu symbolize I know many Ethiopians whose name ends with TU I'm guessing TU might mean of so Ayantu means of ayan.those are not typical lol. I think every region likes to use certain names over others. Good example is in Hararge we use Ibsa, Firomsa, Sartu, Chaltu, Ayana and ayantu a lot. Whereas in places like Borana they use, boru, Wario etc.
