So you say that, this operation that started at least 18-24 months after the first protest, and first mass shooting of these protests is the reason why the Syrian revolution started?
The CIA orchestrated the protests and planted violent people in it. They did this in Libya, and Tunisia, too. The so-called Arab spring was orchestrated by the CIA. No need to believe what the US government or some jihadist sympathizer says on a forum. These facts are well known.

OK, this is a lie. I don't why you keep lying for this butcher, but the protest was a domino effect from Tunisia, to Egypt, Libya, then to Syria. Everyone was protesting after decades of dictatorship.

You are extremely gullible. The CIA and US government engaged in “democracy-promoting activities” that fomented anger and dissent in the Arab countries. This was not a grassroots movement but to install more compliant and friendlier regimes.

The New York Times investigated the role of state department financed groups and found these results

www.nytimes.com

U.S. Groups Helped Nurture Arab Uprisings (Published 2011)

A small core of American groups played a bigger role in promoting democracy in Arab states than was previously known.

It is common knowledge by now, even in Arab countries that the US government was behind all the chaos. Don’t be a useful idiot

These were to promote democracies and human rights, and how to organize and campaign for human rights, this actually the path that you, @Nilotic, and others here preferred. It did not cause the arab spring but surely emboldened it. The Arab spring surprised the US and other states. It worked well in Tunisia, Egypt, the reason why it didn't work the same way in Syria is because assad is a butcher.

The current state of Syria is much worse than under the “rafidha” you speak of. The real question for the raghead jihadists is, was it really worth it? Half a million dead, millions of refugees and a national image tarnished…all because 7th century cosplayers like yourself.
i agree The current state where Shia deathsquads killing muslim is far worse
As for the Israel part, the Assads along with Egypt launched a 1973 war and lost due to poor tactics. No shame in that. Egypt also lost and signed a peace treaty and got it’s land back. Syria will probably do the same. If you can’t win a war, thats happens.
yeah we both know Zionist control the US. if they have no interest in overthrowing him it means Assad is just too weak or a stooge.
As for the last part about the prison, it all started during the war. It was a place where they rounded up violent dissenters, similar to Gitmo or prisons across the world.
the report was in 2001.
Despite first trying to overthrow Assad, the west, and many Sunni countries, see him as a viable government for putting down isis and the other ragheads that you love.
i agree, Gulf states, zionist and Americans don't want the Muslims to rule syria.
You probably live in comfort in some government subsidized housing in a western country. Go outside and try overthrowing the kufar government who allow gay marriage and alcohol.
i can go outside and preach my religion where i live, in Syria they would rip my beard off and force me to call Assad god.

Abu_Adnan

You have nothing to lose but your chains
LOL, hope president Assad sends these terrorists to hellfire, and by the looks of their shit weapons they'll do the job for him

Certified moron. Blocked from now on.

Everyone knows that the Syrian revolution started with protests, no one forced Bashar to shoot the civilians, there is no CIA or any of excuses you have for this butcher. The cause for the jihadists entering Syria lays with Bashar Alassad, they weren't there for the first 18 months.
You do realize Wikileaks even proves that the Syrian uprising where CIA funded even before 2011. Listen to general Clark Syria was one of the countries that was going to be taken out after 9/11.
My god, you don't know anything about Syria. Assad had a older brother whom his father prepared to rule after him, but that son drove while drunk and hit a wall at >240km/h. Then few years after that, his father died, then immediately bashar who was in the UK was called and the constitution was changed to let him fit the criteria.

So every single Syrian knew before 2011 who gonna rule Syria after Bashar dies. Beside that no body gave a f*ck about Bashar's family sect between 2011-2015.
Nigga I know Bashar wasn’t meant for the job it was Basil who was but who is going to take over after Assad then? He’s sons are in their 20’s and none of them are in the army his little brother is only a few years young then him.

That was the Arab spring. It didn’t go as planned when Mohamed Morsi came to power. Israel then endorsed Sissie to overthrow him.

Gaddafi was perceived as a threat because he was looking after his country’s interests. That’s why “resistance” fighters impaled him and dragged him around. Get your head out of your ass. You’re either too young or just naive.

State of emergency for more then half a century. The Palestinian cause was used as a tool to justify the Assad family domestic repression.

The US renditions of prisoners to Syria to be tortured and murdered by the Assad regime

It’s a history that the U.S. government knows all too well — because, at times, it has exploited the Assad regime’s brutality for its own ends. Arar was sent to Assad’s prisons by the United States: In September 2002, the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) detained him during a layover at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. U.S. officials believed, partially on the basis of inaccurate information provided by Canada, that Arar was a member of al-Qaida. After his detention in New York, Arar was flown to Amman, Jordan, where he was driven across the border into Syria.....In Arar’s case, however, he had no actual ties to al-Qaida to confess. He was eventually released in October 2003, and both Syria and Canada admitted that they had no evidence tying him to terrorism. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper issued a former apology to Arar, and announced that the government would pay him a settlement of almost $10 million for his ordeal. Arar currently resides in Canada.
