The only way to actually improve your bench press is to funnily enough bench more. There’s a shit ton of muscles involved sxb, triceps, front delts, lats etc. You’re better off focusing on proper form rather than targeting specific muscles unless they’re severely under developed. I’d post more shit but I’m exhausted sxb.
