Costs 200 million to build Afgooye and Balcad roads. Costs 200 million+ to build Garacad to Goldogob etc. Roads are expensive.
Invest in revenue raising projects, spend that revenue on road building. Don’t get loans for roads.
We could get the World Bank to rebuild the Highway without wasting IMF money
An asphalt factory would perhaps also reduce costs as we import a lot.
no, you need to create infrastructure that creates revenue by using the money you loan. It’s basically a mortgage and you keep paying it off with the income you generate.
