That's why you work hard to avoid getting cut, and always check for opportunities to make more money. Company loyalty isn't a real thing, but once you're established, you'll probably do alright.

If you work in a job where there is a turnover I would suggest always looking for something more stable it's just not worth the stress of being let go randomly down the line
