In Europe we use m/cm instead of feet & the standard are 1,80m that's 5"11.

Any man who is 180cm or above is above average/tall in like 90% of the world. You'd only seem average among a handful of groups like Dutch people or non-malnourished Somalis and below average among groups like non-malnourished Dinkas. Once you're in 185cm+ territory then you're truly quite tall and above average in like 99% of the world.
