It is a mental punishment the aim of jail is to punish your sanity jail was a upsetting time for me and definitely made me come out with more positive mind in life never take anything for granted saaxib.
He got stabbed because of his own lifestyle choices he wasnt a innocent man the guys that done it all got 20years

I was speaking in general but take it however way
The Somali prisoners were trying to takeover the lucrative contraband trade in the prison . The Somali dude was in for gun charges . I am surprised the family haven't sued HMP; the prison wardens knew something was about to go down on that fateful day between two rival gangs and still let the murderer and their rivals out to mix . They should have a strong case for negligence .
