Im about to take Yoga classes will I be judged?

I'm about to be in a class full of women. I wonder how they will react when I step in the class. They might think im a perv but im not going there to see their 'qadmuun' ass bending and stretching, I'm going there to work!

Yoga it's self's quite beneficial. you don't need to go to a class you can do it in your house. But with all the suspect shit you post I suspect you are trying to learn how to lock your legs behind your head

Pilates is a much better way of building body strength - yoga has way too much nonsense for an exercise class.
