I have run it through that but it was giving me weird results, using global25 pca modern scaled as a source , was wondering if we have a better one for Somalis.

I don't know what you're on about. Show the results. Maybe we can resolve this if you have tried running your grandmother's coordinates through Vahaduo. You're probably using the wrong source samples if they come out wocky.
