Southerners. They don't recognize Somaliland always saying "somaliland is north of Somalia" blah blah.

Can you explain how all of your leaders were involved in the kacaan including head of the NSS. Which if you didn’t know which was the intelligence division of the kacaan which tortured, raped and murdered anyone against the kacaan the majority of which were southerners.

How do you moralize that? Basically electing murderers and playing the victim?

Somalis (of many different qabils including Barre’s own son) have risk their lives to speak out against the kacaan. Very few principled Somalis could stay in Somalia post 80s.

I’ve never heard of an anti kacaanist isaaq. They were only against it until they couldn’t milk Somalia any longer.
