You do know that some body shots and punches can be so brutal that they can leave a person immobile. So, if you were watching your own man get totally destroyed and crawling around on the ground in pain, even though he fought as much as he could but didn't have more in him, would you still expect him to get up and face more punches just to save the image of being a masculine man in your eyes? I'm sure the person would continue to perceive him as a threat and maybe even give him a brain injury. Would you understand that it just wasn't his day and look past it, or would this make you see him differently and eventually lead to divorce?

That is why I said that Mariam woman is a psychopath on the narcissistic spectrum. I’m an adult. The safety of my husband, parents, siblings ect means more to me than image.
