To start watching the videos again, you gotta verify your age by giving them your passport details, drivers licence or credit card details. It's due to some bs new law.

The one I was trying to watch was a music video. No half-naked chicks or anything like that and even if there were it's still stupid. It could come up on a video you least expect it and I'm noticing an increase of this shit. This issue is real out here.

You don't have to be underage. This is worse than the age-restricted videos where you are only required to sign in and if your Google account is set to over 18 you don't need to do anything else. But with this new shit, your age could be set to over 18 on your Google account and you still gotta verify with them by providing them with your passport details / drivers licence or credit card details. There's no way to bypass it other than using a VPN for the videos where they require you to verify your age.
