Never drink local water only bottled even if you are in Europe which a lot of European countries drink bottled water. Also when you are in a hotel and you want to shower, you don't know the last time the room was rented so to avoid getting killer diseases, turn on the hot water and let it run for 20 minutes before showering that way the pipes become cleaner and the bacteria is out. Also never use hotel hot tubs you can get a disease from people having sex in them.
