Are you serious? Every single nation have committed crimes - some of the people who have been named on this thread e.g. Russians have committed heinous crimes against humanity. Japanese are very work orientated and cohesive. But they still have many social problems that are very serious such as one of the worst work/life balances in the OECD, high suicide rates, a strict and unbending culture, tentacle , declining population etc.

Hypothetically speaking, there's a significantly smaller chance in Norway of you being born into a retarded underclass family compared to the US. If you role the dice in the US there's a high chance of ending up as the child of a single mother in Detroit or Mississippi in a neighborhood with failing schools and high crime.
