This is just economic imperialism applied to relationships. A woman is bought in all but name because she's cheaper in Morocco than in the West. If you think these men are going to start respectful relationships with these poor women, you're incorrect. They can afford to treat these women how they want because of the poverty she would face outside it, and because they bring or promise to bring them to their country, where they have no knowledge of how society works.

Countries where women don't get a lot of education or are dependent on men for their income are much more susceptible to this because those women have no opportunities in their home country and the money of western Muslims goes much farther than that of their domestic counterparts.
