A lot of these guys most likely struggled to marry women locally and have decided to use their passport to help them secure a partner. Broke trad cons struggle when it comes to dating here in the west. A lot of conservative western women don't want to submit to a conservative broke man. Instead of just dying alone most of these men start looking for partners overseas. Specifically In countries known for sex tourism.

Honestly morrocan men in general can't really say or do much in this situation. If they cause a scene most people will just call them incels. This issue isn't really exclusive to Moroccans. Every third world nation has a minority of women willing to marry a western foreigner just for citizenship.
