I think that they will be open to a Jubaland that is more locally focused once Farmaajo leaves office and Xamar is run by a Hawiye. Yes its likely if Farmajo steps down and Gedo comes back that the next president will be a Marexaan like Janan/Ina Sayid who are friendly with Ogadens and Mareexan.
