What does smart mean? Book smart like knowing random facts that won’t help you?

Nope, but feeding ourself with useless information while not using enough for our brain. Many blacks should improve their IQ's and spend less with Sports. We need a better Race, with higher IQ people! People are lazy intellectually and they don't try to improve their thinking. They are not critical, they follow and the dumb ones reproduce more than the smart ones who build our society.
Smart and strong people have built this society, we are grateful for our technologies because of genius niggaz! But they don't have children most of them. Therefore they don't pass their quality genes. Which is ridiculous..Meanwhile a family with an average of QI of 70 is numberous! Eugenics should be applied imo. Some people shouldn't have kids.

How are public schools funded and who funds them? I had this discussion with an American guy who told me schools in America are funded by their local taxes and the poor areas will always struggle. Though governments here unnecessarily subsidies wealthy private (mostly religious schools) schools, funding for public primary and secondary schools comes from the federal governments and the States add to it, but it is funded on a formula of equal amount for each student regardless of the area that public school is located. Poorer areas attract more extra funding since they always lag the wealthier areas in outcomes. This is the benefits of socialism that the poor Americans were brainwashed to hate. We’ve a far-right government righ now (economically and socially) and there are two things that are sacrosanct to Australians that they can’t mess with it.
Free good quality education for all and Free good health-cover for those who earn less than $60,000 p/a.

Saxib, America was supposed to operate like that and there was a balance of funding for all schools similar to what you described in the Australian system. Unfortunately, the more conservatives took power, the more public education support eroded and the funding dried. They shifted the burden of school funding from federal government to states in a lopsided way in that the States are not able to meet the funding without raising the taxes on home owners almost yearly. In addition to the cuts to public education, the states have a formula for each district based on tax revenue they generate from these districts. The wealthier districts then get more money because they pay more tax. Entire districts composed of white and black and minorities are left inadequate to meet public education demands. Teachers are paid low in poorer districts than in wealthier districts. Republican governors and legislatures always cut taxes and give the money to companies who don't need it, this dries up resources some more every time. It is a cycle of doom for America and the result is Trump signing BIBLES in Alabama, Imagine where citizens think this guy has something to do with God and they want him to sign their own blessed book? The entire south is a basket case of ignorance. Everyone almost from Texas to Florida is on some form of welfare and still votes Republican, America is doomed because of greed, injustices and ignorance. Its population now holds the lowest ranks in education and health among wealthy industrialized countries. This country is ignorant basically. If Australia follows similar methods of concentrating wealth into the hands of few, it will be like America. The UK now is similar to America almost and is paying the price of following America's method of madness in social programs. Cutting education and asking students to pay for higher college fees resulted in difficulties. Greed and ignorance of the racist segments of these countries are destroying their societies.

Ignorance is celebrated as freedom, greed is encouraged as smart and the wealthy are worshiped as Job creators. To gain the power of government, they appeal to the ignorant white population and tell them they are endangered species. America is fucked.

It is scary.
What do you think of this movie? Personally, I was afraid of our future. More stupid people are having babies and smart people are less encline of having children. The Pop Culture is the norm and people read less and think less, we are lazy physically and mentally. That's why people believe in news and we are too self-centred to care about our nature and our World.
I'm not better, i'm not that smart to begin with and i should work on it.
I don't want to leave this planet with a poor legacy!
