The court can delay a case if one party asks for it, the other party doesn't have to sign off on it.
Neither party requested a delay unlike as kenya that lost 2 rounds already and is panicked.

I don’t know what conspiracy you are talking about. Logic says it is very suspicious that Somalia loses an appeal of no delay three times while Kenya gets an appeal of yes delay approved three times.

Jokes on them because the election will be delayed till after the icj. We can keep delaying the case indefinitely, but we have more oil blocks that will give us trillions and they have debts to pay china or they will be occupied and china are brutal look at what they are doing to hong kong.
We can ignore those 15 blocks until we get a navy to enforce it by force. They can't wait forever while we deprive them of those blocks.
