I woke up shaking

I posted a cute pic of me on fb although i was hesitant. few minutes later i fell alseep. After short nap i woke up shaking, my whole mood changed my heart was beating so heavy I quickly deleted my fb account. I dont over think when it come to the evil eye i swear i never got so scared like this.May Allah forgive me. Time to change my act.
