You think that's bad? I see Somalis on TikTok fully claiming to be Arab and posting some weird pseudo-science bullshit to prove it. They think we should speak Arabic instead. There was this YT video of some Somali asking Somalis if we are an ''Arab country'', you can only imagine my embarrassment & shame when 40% of them said ''Yes'' without a moment's hesitation. Civil War really did a number on us, pre-1991 and you'd never hear any Somali saying this nonsense.
Whatever happened to a national Somali identity? Some of us are so lost and insecure, despite being one of the most homogenous people in the world.

To be fair, they do have a point. Some people who say this really are just anti-arab Murtads, click on their profile and you'll see countless comments from them wishing death on all Arabs & insulting the dead Arabs that are dying in Yemen, Syria etc.
I doubt their numbers sometimes, you have to acknowledge their is a large number of Hindu nationalists and Cadaan anti-muslim people on those subs. I remember a poll where 40% of that sub admitted to having never been a Muslim in the first place lol.
A lot of Right Wing racists post on that sub, the mods even had to make a few posts calling them out. And when I say Right Wing, I mean Hindus specifically. Cadaans dont hate us nearly as much as they do. The most extreme anti-Islam Cadaan will insult you online, but the Hindu will kill you.
Self awareness, even if you're Ex Muslim doesn't mean you should spread hate towards Muslim people as a whole. Even if you don't like Muslims, do you really think the Cadaan will care? They'll target you just as they will target everyone else, they don't care whether you're Muslim or not.

True, even anti-theists who claim to hate all religions equally. They only criticize Islam, you'll never see them insult Christianity or Judaism. Just like Ex Muslims, they hate Muslim people as a whole instead of the religion. Which is why I can't take any of them seriously, I gave Apostate Prophet a try and only 5 minutes into the video he's criticizing Islam for doing something whilst justifying why ''its different'' when Christianity or Judaism does the exact same thing. They're all grifters & conmen.
