He does but if Tory leaves, Ford will back Hussen. In municipal politics, the Liberals and Conservatives put forward one candidate (looks like it will be Hussen) so that there is no split vote and can beat the 20+ other NDP candidates that run. The NDP only do well in city politics which is why our cities are overrun by junkies. But the NDP are also supporting Hussen, likely because he ticks many identity boxes. He has support from all three parties.
