I’ve anyways been interested in the ancient Egyptians, and the connection to Somalis and Somalia. I’ve always loved the meaning and power of the name Isis. However, in 2014 the terrorists high jacked this beautiful name. Even so I’m still in love with it and considering calling my daughter this name. Even as a teen I anyways loved this name. I’m bummed out about it but I’m not going to let them high Jack the name. It’s regal and feminine and powerful.
Do you think it’s going to cause issues?
