I understand why rich people evade taxes now. Taxes are crazy

Just looked at Canada's tax rate.

if you make 200k, you lose 75k to taxes. Literally almost 50%

if you make 400k, you lose 180k to taxes.

if you make 600k, you lose 287k to taxes.

imagine losing over 40% of your money to taxes.

You get offered a million dollar salary from your work, you think you are a millionaire now? Nope, think again. You are only a 500k'er tax rate at a million is 50%

imagine losing half of your income to taxes.

wallahi, If I get rich, I'm going to africa, I ain't paying these taxes fam.

Am I the only one who has no issues with taxes? Yes, they're costly but they go into educating children, helping people medically, building roads and infrastructure, stable governments, and so much more.

The worst part is the bulk of taxes are usually paid by the middle earners ie between 100k-400k earners, while top end get offshore accounts to hide their money.

There's a lot of aspects to where taxes are wasted which is what most people have a problem with

You want to take advantage of what those prior to you built but not contribute to the next generation?

I find it funny that the low-tax crowd tends to love the military. Money needs to be taken out of their vast budget, it could easily improve poverty but nah they want to start random wars to loot resources.

The military industrial complex and the influence of the pentagon needs to be severely reudced

You think the likes of Amazon, Google and all these tech companies contribute? Most pay $0 in federal taxes. These policies overwhelmingly target middle income earning folks.

In Netherlands it's worse. We have progressive taxation system in which the taxe rate increases depending on the income from labour*:

Below 30k it's 33%
Between 30k-50k it's 42%
Everything above 50k it's 52%, yes more than the half

*Taxation hits you hard if your income is based on labour, work. People with assets don't get taxed at all, they pay less than 10% and in some cases 0%. Shift your attention from work to having assets.

Watch this episode where Larry talks about this same issue. Around the 12:00 mark.

Jeez, I went to the 12min mark and those broads just attacked him at personal level. Kulaha who hurt you, WTF. Some people don't know how to debate.

I agree that the money needs to be funneled correctly but taxes are a foundation of any well-functioning society.
Taxes are regressive and inefficiently spent. Look at the largest government spending sectors;

1) Welfare
"There is no such thing as a free lunch." Socialist ideals, such as the government replacing the role of men as the provider is not only fundamentally wrong, it is dangerous. What we see now is a generation of entitled, unemployed bumsters and broken homes. Why should I be penalised for working hard and becoming successful? The government will not enforce morality on me. Morality is only a virtue if it is done optionally.

2) Government projects
"No one spends someone else's money as carefully as they spend there own." A project employs beaurucrats that have their own incentives and may become a total failure. Which leads to my next point;

3) Politics
"If a private venture fails, it's closed down. If a government venture fails, it's expanded." An entitlement creates dependency, and then the dependents lose their ability to survive without the entitlements, ensuring their continued votes for the government bureaucrats that made them dependent in the first place. Then the same politicians claim they will increase or expand the benefit in exchange for voter support. It's one of the most 'successful' Democrat strategies, and it has resulted in more misery, destroyed family structures, and a cycle of generational poverty as families became hopelessly dependent on government programs.

All three were terrible debaters. I actually agreed with Larry for once! The rest are SJW-esque and didn’t have a good rebuttal. They were trying to impose their beliefs on him.

1. I dislike welfare because it makes people lazy but a reminder that the people in your own community depend on it. Morality is a fundamental of Islam, for someone who claims to be religious, I suggest you look into it. You say that men are replaced as providers but tell me about the many men who aren't providers? You realize many don't contribute to their households or children at all especially within our own community? How are you going to deal with mothers and children that don't have men providing for them?

2. Ehhh I agree

3. Same as the welfare.

What's your alternative?

Welfare and other social services are there for people who need it, and rightfully so. It’s the scammers that annoy me. But Allah sees all, and it’s not like they’re balling anyways.

A nigga who makes money doesnt have to give anyone money. Unless that's out of that person's kindness. I agree with Larry on that part. Take care of you and yours. He don't owe anyone anything. Dont matter if it's the system or the collective

Giving money will not solve a damn thing. People been given money from the day they stepped into the country.

However what he can do is share with the knowledge, the game on how to make money. Those who are savvy enough and takes shit seriously will apply themselves with the knowledge.

Dont feed hungry bears with free fish. Teach them how to fish. And there will always be starving bears out there because they refuse to adapt to the fishgetting mindset. Those cant be saved.
The collective mindset is a cool ideal but not a realistic one, to be frank

With that being said, f the system.
