I was watching a video of Somali ladies talking about autistic who died in St. Cloud Minnesota US. They referred the kid as maangaar. She said “Talaadadii ina soo dhaaftay cunug yar oo Soomaali, maangaar ah oo nabad qaba ayaa iskuulka la geeyay.” Last Tuesday, a Somali autistic kid with no issue was taken to school. I love it. It is catchy too. I do not know who coined it but it is beautiful. What do you think ?

This came up in a literary discussion a few of years ago with abwaan Sacid Salah explaining its root, usage, and meaning. I found it in my vocub library.
