They still end up doing the major of the cooking, cleaning and generally maintain the house. While paying for 50%of the bills

Right now you're twisting the deen. The deen makes it clear that the punishment for sins is the same for men and women. So is the rewards for both men and women. Allah does not differentiate between the believing man and women and we are told this multiple times in the Quran.

The hadith was about women who are ungrateful to their husbands fyi. Therefore, that hadith has nothing to do with the post. So why use something that has nothing to do with the argument?
