I mean just look at the work career positions all around you. There is a hierarchy based on intelligence. You have doctors, lawyers, judges, scientists and then you have laborers, and cleaners and maids, waiters, all of these people who do these jobs are hardworking and have a good work ethic, but obviously there is a massive difference in salary level and job requirements when comparing all these job positions.
Even, when you apply for top tier universities you need to achieve very high-grade levels to get into them. The rankings of universities are based on how high achieving their students are.
