I think I found Johnny Somali's kiwifarms account for those who don't know, kiwifarms is a website dedicated to doxxing people.
I can show multiple reasons why this is him, his account dates back to 2022, while johnny Somali grew to relevance in around may of 2023, the name Johnny salami is also the name of his discord server. and judging by the account mannerism, he seems to share a lot with johnny somali, liking anti Islam replies, pirate jokes, and talking about Israel (the country he's currently in), see for yourself
