Yeah I have heard that too, to be fair I always try to stay away from the capitals when travelling, most of them are very cliché and underwhelming.
I didn't know this was a trend for most countries, I just thought it was a France, UK, America thing.

Switzerland is probaly one of the view countries that this theory doesn't implied to, beautiful country. If you can visit it during winter, it's magical.
Yeah I have a friend in Switzerland, she lives in Zurich.

I've always wanted to ski in the alps too

I would love to live there if it wasn't so damn expensive, I need to be very rich in the near future.
Same, I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur ever since I was a kid I knew I wanted to make a company specifically tech company inshallah I'll make it.

If you go to switzerland, don't make the mistake of many tourists and don't spend all your time in the big cities like Zürich, Geneve or capital Berne and visit the smaller towns near the emerald valleys and lakes like Interlaken, St.Moritz, Lausanne and so on. Switzerland is known for its natural beauty, the big cities are not special in any way to other european cities. Too many tourists waste their time sightseeing some old churches and museums in Zürich or Geneve and leave after some weeks.

Also one of the best things I can recommend is taking the Albula/Bernina Railway that starts from Chur, Switzerland crosses the alps to Tirano, an Italian border town. The route goes like over 100 bridges, the Graubünden mountains, a number of tunnels and viaducts along the way and you can see all the famous mountains and valleys of switzerland while on the train. I was on the train only once and is still one of my best vacation memory

There's no country I hate more than French , Switzerland is expensive since they don't have euro & I don't know much about Italy.

Overall if you gave good money you'll have a good time. Ask local women about good & cheap foodspots & use Google for sightseeing attractions .
