first of all I have done extensive research and i found one very big denominator into why the country is fucked atm in 1 word.
men.
you see balls are a privilege but you horny ass men misuse those beloved crown jewels. Due to the testosterone it produces it makes you prone to violence and very irrational choices. This is because men do not nurture like women and instead fail to create social cohesion between different groups of people.
I mean tribes are like very very verryyyy big gangs in a way. This is just gang wars and postcode wars on a country level.
if you give a man a baby, majority of the times men shake the baby when it cries hence why majority of shaken baby syndrome cases - men are to blame. Men cannot keep the country afloat as somalia is like a newborn baby unable to defend itself.
Unfortunately somalia suffers from shaken baby syndrome in its current state and is crying nonstop right now. It suffers from brain damage and it can still be fixed due to its unlimited brain plasticity.
it needs to be swooned and shushed and rocked gently to help it settle. This is where the magic formula comes in.

we can rise the country up from the ashes if only you guys gave us a chance to be in power.

we could uplift and care for our beloved baby and let our maternal instincts do its job as nature intended it to be.
this is why i propose a 2 way system.
One female president and One male co president. Half of the cabinet = male. Other half = female. No more 4.5 and mps are picked on skills.
or the other way around depends each election.
If you disagree with me i propose queen araweelo and all you bastards will have your balls and rods chopped off.
