I have a Question for Somalis who are running for political offices in the West

Folks, why do we have so many Somalis running for offices in the West? I am asking this question because I don't see other Africans with bigger populations in the West prioritizing running for public office in the West.

All I see is our name trashed in social media and some of the politicians, especially those in the far right and Jewish Zionists, scapegoating us.

So, why don't we mind our business and stay away from these controversial offices that constantly put our name in a negative light?

These other africans have more of a business head start like the nigerians only move to countries for economic migration and they may have been well off in the first place. So they will only get richer But somalis never had that headstart so to giv themselves a boost they run in local politics to help their local community. The news hyper focuses on immigrants so they make the minneapolis mayor seem like a bigger deal than he really is

Also i think it s a difference in mindset. The other africans are submissive people from being colonised and exploited so much for so long but somali madax adag will never give up his dreams of glory and prosperity and clan progenitor

I really don't think people conceivably fathom just the sheer size of Africa, if they did then narratives like African, African people, African culture would become completely obsolete or well at least when applied to Somalis.

Are we really gonna sit here and acknowledge and show more respect to Europe's Balkans, Slavic, Nordics, Baltics and Germanics but for Africa that dwarfs Europe its just simply Africans.

Keep crying. Somalis get uncomfortable and annoyed when you tell them the truth, its their kryptonite. Its true. Its even worse in Somalia. Look at the politicians in Somalia for example. They don't have strategy or have any singular focus policies they want to see implemented. No one there is passionate about anything except their calool and status. The most they'll do is a photo op when some foreign country donates a structure or a bag of money that doesnt get maintained or they end up stealing anyway. No MP who is passionate about the environment, no MP is passionate about FGM elimination, no MP is passionate about urban planning or against clannism. They have zero passionate positions like normal politicians around the world. Its why Somalia is a shithole and why your adeer Deni hasn't achieved anything. What do Somalia MPs do with all their free time? Engaging in qabyalaad, travelling or living in other countries other than Somalia so they can flex to everyone about being a xildhibaan or waziir. They dont organize themselves in parties with real partisan positions. Just tribe and who can give them the attention and freebies.

These other African are cowards. Only cowards hide there voices and are second class citizens in a nation built for immigrants. The Somali stance it's either we dominate or we dominate. Somali's are knew for these political motivation. For instance we nearly have a Somali in all Western political systems and even a Somali in the ICJ. No other Africans can state this after leaving there countries in less than 30 years

No Somalia is not on the Nubian plate it's on its own tectonic plate. Somalia is continent of its own. Somalia is on the Somali plate. This Somali plate is 3 times larger then America and 1/3 the size of Africa. We aren't African we are Somalis

most people just call Europe Europeans. Just because you use the terms “baltic” and “slavic” doesn’t mean your average joe even knows the difference lmao.

At best people will use the individual countries if they want to be specific.

Africa (specifically sub-Saharan Africa) has a lot of similarities whether your admit it or not. Namely; 3rd world, corrupt, impoverished and inhabited by dark skinned people.

this is a little bit of an over generalization as you could possibly find small outliers here and there. But the vast majority of sub-Saharan Africa (simply shortened down to Africa) tend to have all these traits in common.
