that used to happen everyday when i was younger, its so weird
but when u realize ur in that loop u can literally do anything u want. like i would sleep, wake up, realise im still dreaming and start flying and shit it dont happen anymore though

You're right, it's basically a lucid dream but it's fucking panic inducing when you can't get out of the dream. I didn't even get to fly or anything, I was just attacking and throwing dumbbell plates at some shadowy figure with glowing white eyes
