What would you do with a 2.5 billion winning?

If i had that much money, then i would establish some organisations that would influence leading positions and institutions and put in place competent people that would topple the current government and slowly make changes in schools to indoctrinate children and form a cultural shift so they can become active members of this new order. I would never take a public leading role, but i would certainly point in what direction people should go, for the greater good. And this process would be indirect.

Billions in liquid would be super effective in such a poor country. If you concentrate fundings on that size then real change and long term effects would be imminent. And with that amount of money you could dodge any form of corruption because you could just create new infrastructure instead of using the old corrupt broken one. You also should put in place people you deem 'right' in public leading roles so the process would become super refined and the machine would be oiled to function properly. Ahh, what a dream.
