Also just goes to show the declining standards that used to be expected from government officials. Now they can just report whatever AI or misleading posts and nobody calls them out for it, nor will their colleagues shame them or suspend them for it.

They can say whatever they want, no matter how blatantly false it is and they’ll have idiots supporting or defending them. It’s weird how much people are willing to ignore or defend as long it’s their side doing it.

All their doing is contributing to the lowering standards in their country, which will affect everyone as these politicians and governments will begin to put in less and less effort into their jobs and public image.

Because they’ll see the masses don’t actually care as long as they say the right words or insult their opponents in a debate to “own them” or whatever they call it these days. It’s becoming entertainment.
