I was only referring to East Africans(Somalis,Habesha etc). I said West Africans think we’re not natives to Africa and that we’re a mixed ethnic group.

But we’ve been the oldest ethnic groups since humanity began

There’s some West Africans that have Berber admixture like in parts of (Mali & Niger) but that doesn’t make them any less black African.

If you go back far enough every human is admixtured to an extent.
