I think Africans need to have regard for themselves regardless of religion and telling them to be open to others is a bad idea -- especially when Africans occupy the bottom in material and reputational terms on a global scale.

The power dynamic is not in our favour and I am sick and tired of seeing Africans desperately trying to get accepted by others, as though they have to absolve themselves of a black specific original sin by being deferential to others.
