Food is food, whether we survive on berries or prime steak beef, let us respect our individual choices and not force one another in changing our diets. :)

Meat no problem. You need plants, you don't need meats.

Produce makes you feel refreshed meat makes you feel heavy and gives you brain fog
u don't need meat?:gucciwhat:

you can fix malnutrition with kidneys and liver diet for a month. Tell me any plant food that that has the nutrients found in animal organs? How about protein? the best source for protein are meat and dairy products. u'd be lacking many vitamins and minerals if u ate plant based diet alone. or omega 3 found in seafood which is the best for brain.
it's best to combine both, but if u have to go without one, ur body would thank u to keep meat.

Omega 3- nuts and seeds
Protein- beans, nuts and legumes

Leafy greens- high in vitamins and calcium good source of iron (so are kidney beans)

You can't get a lot of vitamins from meat alone like you can from plants alone. The only thing you can't get from plants is vitamin D, but you can get that from the sun

you'd need to eat pounds of nuts to get the same nutrition as eating a pound of liver, or a steak, fish or chicken.
I guess we should agree that combining both is the best option.

Sure you get less omega 3 with nuts than with fish but you can get over half of your daily with one serving of walnuts, you just a couple of servings of nuts a day will do. And beans/lentils have more protein than meat afaik, per calorie at least

omega 3s in plants such as walnuts, flaxsseeed and chia seeds are not the good ones found in fish(DHA, and EPA). ur body has to convert them which isnt an efficient process. the fatty acids found in fish are ready DHA and EPA.

Not flaxseeds but walnuts are a good source of both or all three, I don't remember

no, walnuts have ALA omega 3, once u eat it, ur body has to convert it to the more brain friendly DHA and EPA and it doesn't convert all of it, inefficient. so it's best to eat fish because with fish, u directly consume the good fats and don't have to rely on ur liver to do the conversion.

Youre right. I read it on a list somewhere and I thought they included walnuts but it was sea kelp or algae that had it

the ultimate healthy diet for me would be meat, raw organic unpasteurized dairy, lots of veggies, lots of fruits. no pasta, no wheat, occasional rice,.

legume and galay being the only grains to be had in moderation.
