I designed a Gothic Lolita outfit based on traditional Amazigh attire and Donatism( Berber Catholicism). Check it out

I have the Christian cross and the Tuareg cross . The centre of the cross represents God and since Muslims believe we are one with God, mankind shares that central spot. The four arms of the cross are to keep evil at bay and this cross is worn as a protective amulet. Whilst the Tuareg Cross is not supposed to represent Christianity (nor Islam) it is probably based on the Christian cross. Before the arrival of Islam, Berbers were Christian and very familiar with Christian art.

I think also that we’re the only Africans that prefer silver over gold. Maybe I’m weird, but i think gold is meh. I used to hate it, but I’ve warmed up to it last year.

im not really digging the style tbh but I wanted to say I am inspired in how you are just out there doing your own thing even though it may look weird to others. It's demonized for anyone to be anything outside the norm these days no one is able to just live their life/be themselves.

Thank you and I respect your opinion. I’m a weirdo, but it’s still better than wearing a jiffy popcorn bag on my head..... That’s why I love conversing with Somalis over any other race . I rather have someone get me real constructive criticism . I can’t stand people sugarcoating things or just agreeing with someone to not hard feelings.

The one and only 4head

Original style.

:samwelcome:
The attire is great, but why did you use the converse? Why not traditional berber shoes?
By the way, it's a unique style!

I think you misunderstood, I didnt say you're a weirdo. I meant im jealous of how you are unattached from societal norms and what people think lol, and I know that it sounds like a back handed compliment when I say it like that, but I mean it. Im a slave to what others think and Im tired of it :mjcry:
