it isn't really one book. it's really a compilation of books. the books were written in totally different languages. some were written in Hebrew, I think some in Greek and Aramaic.
There is just no comparison when it comes to the Quran versus the Bible. The Quran is in Arabic- not in a whole bunch of different languages whereas some of the books of the Bible I think were written hundreds if not over a thousand years apart. furthermore, some of the books of the Bible if I remember correctly... we don't even have the book in the original language. all that remains is a translation of the original. the Bible is full of things that were added. there is the very famous story where Jesus (peace be upon him) prevents a woman from being stoned for adultery and says something like "let he who is without sin cast the first stone"... but the earliest manuscripts of the book do not contain this story, it was added later.
another thing I would like to mention is that Martin Luther removed books from the Bible. for example, the Book of Wisdom. there are several books including that one which are included in the Catholic Bible but which are not found in the Protestant Bibles such as the KJV, NIV, etc.
I asked an imam what to say to a Christian and he recommended saying something like this.... all the Prophets were sent to call the people to Tawheed.... all the Prophets were sent with that message.... Abraham (peace be upon him), Musa (peace be upon him), all of them... and then suddenly Jesus (peace be upon him) was sent with a message of Trinity? it doesn't make sense. Islam is so much more beautiful and logical than Christianity. btw Misquoting Jesus by Bart Ehrman shows how the Bible is easily demonstrated to have been tampered with, there is no question that its books were altered and I recommend that book for anyone who would like to learn more about that subject.
