I used to be a big SJW lefty and I even supported Palestine.

But the intolerance and shunning I faced meant I had to switch sides. I was forced out of the community.

I had to mentally force myself to bat for the other team and now I find myself enjoying reading the Daily Mail and Rebel Media and fighting for their causes and beliefs. I would have never been on there a few years ago. I would have been fighting against everything they stood for.

These days, I mellowed down from an idealist activist on social issues to an individual who can't be fagged about other peoples issues. What is most important to me these days are my own self-interest and freedoms. In the past, I even demonstrated against Aussies who were objecting to a mosque and an Islamic Centre being built in their neighbourhood.

Personally i'm right wing when it comes to social issues. I don't support: feminism, LGBT, socialism, multicilturalism, BLM, promiscuity, miscengation.
I also think that for the benefit of the majority, some degree of censorship on speech is necessary. HOWEVER because I am a minority in the west I am left-wing as I benefit from left-wing policies. If i was in Somalia i would be a right wing fascist.

Only the smart and well-informed Jews left before it escalated. All the others either thought it wouldn't go that far or didn't have the funds to move. So, lots of Muslims will get holocausted in the case that it happens.

Not just Somalis, tbh. In the US most minorities don't care for stuff like feminism and LGBT rights, but voting for Republicans will simply make life harder for a lot of us

Well yeah, I know how much Democratic views cover, I was just saying that not just Somalis that hold those views. And honestly I don't know if I Republicans are to be completely trusted as it pertains to economy either. Just look at Bush and the recession, and Trump's administration is trying to rollback the Wall Street regulations that stopped the Reccession in the first place. Not to mention the cuts to MediCaid and Social Security that they want to do so badly.
