When you have ahaadiith integrated in the culture like this and Muslims who actually eager to practice the deen you will have a thriving society,Another major issue is also having a support system. People are individualistic in the West and people don't live in a community setting which isn't great for the mental health of new mothers especially if the husband isn't helping. Back home, when you give birth you're surrounded by the women in your family who will come and help you. They might have a maid or a little sister who stays with them for a bit to help with the chores ect and they usually live in the same area as their parents and in-laws who can pop in and offer support and babysitting.
In the West, women literally can only rely on their husbands. How can you expect a woman to have a like 8 kids with no help? That hardly happens backhome. Even poorer women are surrounded by many people. Have you heard of the saying, it takes a village to a raise a child? That is the great thing about third world countries.
