I am Somali. Not black.

Do you consider yourself black as a Somali?

If you think you are anything other than black you are delusional. That doesn't mean you should support the BLM movement as you aren't AA but in any form you fill out you are black British or Black African in my case. The world sees you as black. You are Somali but you are also considered black. Sorry to disappoint Banu hashim bootyclappers

I know weird name but she choose that not me :/ kinda pointless 21st century and people still hold on to these shitty concept.

Isaaq stay losing:trumpsmirk:
I don't think you see the big picture. It's not about winning or losing, it's about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience in your journey and not being afraid. I think you people think too hard and get afraid of a certain challenges. That why a will keep burning.:siilaanyolaugh:

I'm Somali first and foremost, then African, then black. I've been making the effort to say that I'm East African when people ask me what I am because saying that I'm Somali elongates the conversation since pretty much no one around me here knows what or where that is.

I'm Mj and i consider myself as black. Black isnt a ethnicity it's just your skin couler. Once you remove the correlation between skin color and ethnicity you will truly feel liberated, from the white mans shackles.:gnzbryw:
Actually it's an ethnicity for black americans. Most of them prefer calling themselves black rather than African-american

I've never met a Somali in real life that doesn't claim to be Black...99% of young Somalis are actually proud to be Black. There's actually a Pro-Black African movement happening with Somali Youth right now. You weirdos are just the outliers of the community.

Most Somalis don't claim black.

You can brand yourself as orange if you feel like it, the world will continue to brand you as black though.
Somalis hardly get branded as black. They mostly get branded as Somali. When you hear someone talking about black people 99% of the time they are talking about African Americans.

Of course, African Americans make up a majority.
