Men and women can not be friends. The friendzone exists for a reason.

I think you cant have close female friends as a man when you get older. But people throw the term friends loosely. A close friend is someone you hang with a lot of the time, feel comfortable to talk about anything and just chill with. I cant do that with girls. There are girls I am friendly with like my friends sisters, girls I went school with or just friends of friends. We see each other we talk, share jokes etc. But there is a limit. Im just not gonna hang with them saturday morning grabbing breakfest and just chill. I have no interest in wasting all that time in a woman I have no romantic feelings for.

I feel like it’s the opposite. When I was younger, I didn’t view women as anything more than potential partners but now that I’m getting older I’m starting to see the value of female friendships.

The trick to female friends is to actually be a genuine friend. You don't let her get away with sh*t you wouldn't allow with your boys. Women almost have a sixth sense for a guy trying to get into her pants, and they will bleed him dry. That's what the whole "friendzone" is about.

everyday I discover more and more non muslims here and they have this arrogant way about them thinking they are more westernized for some reason. They dont realize they are just another somali in the eyes of others.
