I’m somali but my hair is turning brown

Is there somalis with brown hair,mine gets brown tints when it grows longer,I know it’s nutrition deficiencies because I’m fat and eat a lot and take a lot of nutrients could it be genetic

There are somalis with dark brown, light brown and even blond hair but it usually fades away after a while. It can last up to the age of six. I've yet to see an adult somali with non dark hair aside from henna or the usual grey hair. I wouldn't be surprised if you're naturally brown but in this case it might just be a nutritional thing.

You don't see it, because most Somali women never expose their hair to the sun. When they do get the opportunity, their hair bleaches in the sun, like most people.

I have three younger brothers with brown hair. One of them used to have light brown hair but as he grew older and grown his hair it has become dark brown. When he is outside it becomes noticeable shiny light brown.

Yes, that is normal. My paternal grandmother had brown hair, mine turns brown when grown longer, and my younger brother's were auburn colour.
