Somalis will become one of the most educated African immigrant groups in the coming years iA. I reckon in somali households ~50% of the kids hold some sort of post secondary education which is not bad considering most parents came as refugees straight from the miyi.

I didn't read the comments but I can imagine how bad they are. A Black American complaining about anti-blackness from africans and instead of self-reflection engage in scapegoating. It reminds me of the time the nigerian hbcu president who was caught, pushing ugly anti-black american sentiment for 10 years on twitter and tried to throw Somalis under the bus. I was pleasantly surprised it didn't work. Why? Black Americans are the most progressive Black people on Earth.
