Daily showers are needed; if you ain't get sweaty daily, you're asking for heart-related issues down the line.

I might not use shampoo on my hair, I prefer conditioner, but the rest of my body needs it, I tend to use one that doesn't strip the skin of its oils

Does timo adag need shampoo or not? I hear about natural shampoos which hydrate the head but that seems like a conditioner with extra steps Because im pretty sure the whole point of shampoo is to strip the hair

Tbh teeth were more secure before cane sugar was invented and later on corn syrup etc. before all this sugary stuff humans teeth didn’t need to be brushed as much as today

Yeah u making excuses for it right? If U don't smell and no-one says U do, it's silly to shower daily, I dont care if they conceal it(I'm not god) to wonder if people r direct or hiding shit(that's anxiety) and they need to be treated those type of people as their behaviour is exposing their illness(undiagnosed). To many rag(physically male) but a naag by personality(his behaviours) nowadays I've met women who r more manly in Behavior no wonder single mom's r on the rise.
