I saw this earlier and just ignored it. It is such a rage bait and I cant believe people are seriously getting angry about a made up scenario, it sounds like those fake reddit stories. This can happen in real life, but it would make sense if people were getting emotional over a real event.
This is why it’s discouraged in the Quran.

Makes sense why a lot of women are scared to take their chances on men who aren’t stable yet, even if those men have an upward trajectory. It seems a man can love a woman and even understand that she was there for him when he didn’t have much and therefore loved him for him, but once money, ego and toxic male friends are in the picture, he’ll want to be with another woman to flex his new found status.This is why women need to stop getting with broke men. Men are ungrateful creatures by nature. They have shown their ass many time when they get money.
There is a reason why people say, you’ll only really know a man’s real personality and desire when his stomach is full. Sometimes after a man hits the jackpot, you might end up not even being his preferred type of woman.

That’s the thing, it happens and even happened in my family. Years down the line this relative of mine regretted his decision, left his second and built homes for his wife to try and get her back. He innitially married again because other odeys were like why would you want to still be around your old wife whom you’ve been married for years, she’s old now, get yourself a young bride.
The thing is Eastern cultures, Somalis in particular have an issue of men denigrating men who are monogamous and use ageism as a way to get a man to not be loyal to his first who sacrificed a lot to be with him when he was broke. Old wives are essentially treated as though they’re disposable and that’s one of the reason why we have a culture of women and men living in separate countries after the wife hits 45+ and usually the husband is living it up with a younger model.

Absolutely agree. Men who have nothing or have potential are different than themselves at their peak. That's why it's best to marry a man when they have their stuff together.
I agree but at the same time, the easiest way to find a man that will end up doing well is Uni. Getting a medical student, law or economics graduate at a top school ect. But in saying that, it can pose the question, are you truly his real type? People don’t realize this but men can be intimidated by very conveniently beautiful women and whilst he is trying to climb the ladder, be may settle for a woman whom he believes is simply ‘ok’ attraction wise.
