But when oppressed ppl take power what I witness is they do a copy-cat on the previous ruling class and the same oppression they were complaining about they not only do it but become far 'worse'. Isaaq complains of Injustice, it spent 30 years doing it. Hawiye complains of injustice, yet spent 30 years doing it to others. South African blacks complain about whites injustice now they replicate it.

The other thing I notice with oppressed groups if they do even 'govern' like south africa life becomes much worse then previous system. Sometimes they r so oppressed they can't govern like we saw in Somalia even if given power, their truly 'traumatized' socially. They might be 'lost or lack experience' and they accept internally 'no govt' as a better solution cuz thy know they cant rule so they agree 'lets make noone rule'.

Pardon my limited knowledge on politics but for somalis, it is not a class issue. Dadkeena pride iyo indecisiveness ayeey isku darsadheen, hadaneh ilehay baa wax naiskukey darey, so we can't seem to leave the other group/qabil alone.
